The Delanoaudio Licensing Agreement
1. The samples remain the property of Delanoaudio/Talkbox/Anders Carlsson and are licensed, not sold, to you, the licensed user.
2. The licensed user of the samples can use them on a commercial or non-commercial musical composition without compensation to Delanoaudio/Talkbox.
3. The samples may be modified by the licensed user.
4. The samples, modified or otherwise, may not be traded, transferred, resold, lent, uploaded or downloaded to another user, database, or any form of public data retrieval system.
5. The samples, modified or otherwise, cannot be used in another competitive sound effects or production music library or product.
6. The samples may not be "worldized". That is, recorded "live" or "from sound" to or from any form of recording or playback device by any unauthorized user.

All rights to these recordings (the Recordings) belong to Ljudproduktion AB. As Ljudproduktion AB:s client you have the right to use (copy, alter etc.) the Recordings in your line of business and your clients may use the Recordings in their productions. As our client you have these rights as long as you use the Recordings at one production office or one production/recording facility. In the event that you wish to use the Recordings in your business in more than one office or production/recording facility a separate net work license must be entered into.
The rights granted to you are not assignable and are only granted to you for the use in your business. Unauthorized reproductions or use of these Recordings is prohibited.
